Directions for use
It is recommended to suck 1 tablet slowly just before bedtime. To avoid inhibiting the effects, it is recommended not to eat or drink after taking it.

Precautions for use
Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Not for use by children under the age of 12. Consume between meals. Do not take at the same time as another dietary supplement containing peppermint essential oil. Seek the advice of a health professional in the event of obstruction of the bile ducts (stones), gastro-oesophageal reflux or hepatopancreatic disorders. Not recommended in the case of a history of epilepsy, convulsions or neurological pathologies. Do not use this food supplement if you are allergic to minty. Do not use for prolonged periods. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
