Granions Chondrostéo+ Joints Marine Collagen 280 g is a dietary supplement dedicated to joints with constituents naturally present in cartilage, tendons and ligaments including hydrolysed collagen peptide of marine origin.

Directions for use
Take 10 g a day (two measuring spoons), divided into one or two doses, to be dissolved in a large glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). Using a shaker optimises the dissolution of the powder. Separating the two doses is beneficial for complete assimilation of the active ingredients. This jar contains 28 daily portions. Recommended 3-month programme.
