Nutergia Ergycartil Flex 90 Capsules is a dietary supplement providing glucosamine and chondroitin, components of the joints.

Horsetail helps maintain joint suppleness, helps combat cell ageing and remineralises the body. Vitamin C optimises the normal formation of collagen to ensure that cartilage and bone function properly. Manganese and copper contribute respectively to the normal formation and maintenance of healthy connective tissue such as cartilage.

When is it recommended?
Ergycartil Flex may be recommended to promote joint flexibility1, formation² and maintenance of cartilage.

Directions for use
3 capsules per day with a meal. Keep out of reach of children, at a temperature below 25°C and away from moisture.

Precautions for use
Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, pre-diabetics, diabetics, asthmatics, people treated with anti-vitamin K or whose diet is controlled for sodium or potassium (glucosamine and chondroitin). Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.

Composition
glucosamine sulphate 2kcl, sodium chondroitin sulphate (fish), methylsulphonylmethane (msm), vitamin c (calcium l-ascorbate), bulking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agent: calcium phosphate; horsetail extract (equisetum arvense l.) [French origin], manganese and copper gluconates. capsule: fish gelatin.
