Granions Chondrostéo+ 1000 Joints 500 ml which contains a synergy of 7 rigorously selected active ingredients formulated for optimal absorption to act at the heart of the joints:

- constituents naturally present in cartilage : chondroitin and glucosamine sulphate used in a dosage of 1000 mg,
- plant extracts: turmeric, known for helping to maintain joint health and good mobility, chamomile, which soothes and promotes relaxation, and harpagophytum,
- trace elements: copper, which helps to protect cells from oxidative stress and helps to maintain connective tissue, and manganese, which helps to maintain bone structure.

Directions for use
Stir before use.
- Attack phase: using the measuring cap, take 1 30ml cup a day diluted in a glass of water (200ml).
- Maintenance phase: using the measuring cap, take 1 15 ml cup a day diluted in a glass of water (200 ml).

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended dose. As a general rule, pregnant and breast-feeding women should seek the advice of a health professional before taking any supplements. Do not use in cases of ulcers (stomach or duodenum) or gallstones. Curcumin inhibits platelet aggregation. Not recommended for people taking anti-coagulants. This food supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Store at a stable, moderate temperature, away from light and moisture. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.
