Granions Chondrostéo+ Joints 180 Tablets promotes supple joints. Laboratoire des Granions has specifically developed a triple-action ‘mobility - flexibility - bone capital’ formula to act at the heart of your joints. Chondrostéo+ contains 10 rigorously selected ingredients:

- Constituents naturally present in cartilage: glucosamine HCL dosed at 1125 mg, chondroitin sodium dosed at 150 mg, methyl-sulphonyl-methane (MSM) containing sulphur.- Minerals and trace elements: calcium and manganese to help maintain bone capital, copper to help maintain connective tissue including cartilage.

Directions for use
Take 3 tablets in 1 dose with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning with breakfast. Use as part of a 3-month programme and repeat if necessary. Store away from heat and moisture. Best used before the date indicated on the pack.

Precautions for use
This dietary supplement should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. As a general rule, pregnant and breast-feeding women should be advised to consult a health professional before taking any supplements. Use is not recommended in cases of ulcers (stomach or duodenum) or gallstones due to the presence of harpagophytum. It should not be used by people suffering from an allergy to salicylated derivatives, by people on anti-coagulant therapy or by children and teenagers due to the presence of meadowsweet. Calcium may cause kidney problems in people at risk. Not recommended for pregnant women due to the presence of bamboo.
