Oemine Vitamin K 60 Capsules is a natural dietary supplement designed to supplement the dietary intake of natural plant vitamin K. Oemine Vitamin K is useful for children and Teenagers during the growth period. Vitamin K helps maintain normal bone structure. It is therefore also necessary for seniors, in association with vitamin D. It contributes to normal blood coagulation. Oemine Vitamine K is an innovative combination of vitamin K1 phyloquinone (broccoli concentrate) and vitamin K2 menaquinone (menaQ7 from Nato fermentation bacilli).

Directions for use
1 to 3 capsules a day of Oemine Vitamin K with a glass of water. Dosage depends on your needs and your doctor's advice. In France, the recommended dose is 1 capsule. According to the European RDA, you can take up to 3 capsules if you are deficient. It is possible to adapt this dose by having vitamin K levels measured in the blood.
