The Parapharmacy Company holds in stock the majority of the goods described on the site and ships them as soon as possible. Our offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible through the site, within the limit of stocks available. In the event of a temporary unavailability of product happening after the placing of an order, we will inform the client by email or mail as soon as possible. In the event of an extended stock shortage (more than 1 month); the client will be informed by email, and a date of shipping or a refunding will be offered. Packages are prepared and shipped within 5 days from reception of payment by credit card or, in case of unavailability, as soon as we receive the totality of the products ordered. For orders paid by checks, 2 to 5 extra days will be added, for handling and cashing the check. Note: Orders for which payment by check has not arrived within 5 days from the date of order will be cancelled de facto. The standard method of shipment is Colissimo. We shall supply the client as soon as possible with a link allowing to track online the status of your package. Packages are oversized and protected. The Parapharmacy Company cannot be held responsible for losses or damages caused by La Poste.
The shipping fees include packaging, handling and mail expenses. They can comprise a fixed part and a variable part depending on the amount or the weight of an order. Particular care is given to packages containing fragile products. We advise our clients to group their purchases in a single order. We cannot group two different orders in one shipment and the client has to pay shipment charges for each order. For Metropolitan France and by "Mondial Relay" only, the shipping fees are waived when an order’s amount exceeds 55 Euros. The following table is used to calculate shipping fees:

The products are delivered to the address of delivery which you indicated at the time of order. In the event of the absence of the client, or of an error in the address of delivery that makes delivery impossible, or of a package unclaimed by the client from the postal services within the appropriate deadline, The Parapharmacy Company cannot not be held responsible. It is then the responsibility of the client to arrange a new delivery with the carrier. Any additional expenses thus incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
The Parapharmacy Company could not be held responsible for consequences due to a delay of routing.
Shipment by La Poste “Colissimo direct suivi” (delivery within 2 days: average time offered by La Poste). The client will receive a tracking number by email. The client may request a delivery with signature, for an extra cost of 2 euros.
Shipment by La Poste “Colissimo suivi Europe” (delivery within 4 to 6 days, with signature). The client will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipment by La Poste “Colissimo international” (delivery within 5 to 10 days, with signature). The client may request a tracking number by email from email@example.com.
The client receives a tracking number for each order. That number is e-mailed at the time of the confirmation of the order. It enables the client to track online the shipment of the package through the website www.colisposte.fr.
If the delivery is delayed for more than 7 days after the package has left our warehouse, the client must inform us by email, mentioning the reference number of the order, so that our services can request an investigation from La Poste or from any other carrier entrusted with the delivery. An investigation can last up to 90 days from its starting date. If during this time the package is found, it will be rerouted immediately to the client’s residence (majority of the cases). If however the package is not found at the end of the 90 days period of investigation, La Poste considers it as lost. In such event, The Parapharmacy Company will refund the client of the amount of the order. The Parapharmacy Company withdraws any responsibility regarding delays in the delivery times occurring by the carrier’s fault, in particular in the event of loss of the package or of strike. Therefore refund or compensation will not be offered. In order to inform The Parapharmacy Company of any difficulty related to the delivery, the client may use the online complimentary tracking system, accessible through the section “Détail de la commande”, as well as the Client services phone number 33 (0)9 61 06 23 84.
When a package is shipped outside the European Union, payment of customs charges can be required from the client by the customs of the country of destination.
The client may return a product in its original packaging, for replacement or refund, within 14 days from delivery date. The return will be accepted only if the product was not opened and not used. Products sold under blister pack or provided with a label of guarantee must be returned as they are.
