Mag 2 Cramp 30 tablets helps to limit the onset of involuntary muscle contractions thanks to:
- The maximum daily dose of marine magnesium to allow normal muscle function.
- A supply of potassium, calcium and vitamin D for proper functioning of the muscular system.

Directions for use
Adults and teenagers. Take one tablet with a glass of water morning and evening for 15 days, then repeat if necessary.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended dose. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place, away from light and at a temperature below 25°C. Do not take Mag2 Cramp if you are allergic to any of the components contained in Mag2 Cramp. Do not take in the event of severe renal insufficiency, as excessive consumption may cause laxative effects. Not recommended for people suffering from diseases resulting in an abnormal accumulation of iron (haemochromatosis, polycythemia, etc.). Pregnant or breast-feeding women and people under medical supervision should seek the advice of a health professional before use.

calcium carbonate, marine magnesium (in the form of magnesium oxide), anticaking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, bulking agent: calcium phosphates, potassium chloride, thickener: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, nicotinamide (vitamin b3), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin b1), copper citrate, riboflavin (vitamin b2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin b6), cholecalciferol (vitamin d3), d-biotin (vitamin b8).
