Granions Chondrostéo+ Fort Joints 120 Tablets is a dietary supplement in tablet form promoting well-being and joint mobility. This dietary supplement contains a formula with 10 ingredients:

- constituents naturally present in cartilage: glucosamine HCL dosed at 1100 mg, chondroitin dosed at 150 mg and methylsulphonyl-methane or MSM, which contains sulphur.
- plants and plant-derived substances: harpagophytum, traditionally used to promote joint comfort and flexibility, nettle and a curcumin complex concentrated in curcuminoids, 40 times more bioavailable than standard turmeric.
- minerals and trace elements: calcium and manganese help maintain connective tissue, including cartilage.
- vitamin D3: contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus.

Directions for use
Take 2 tablets with breakfast in the morning and 2 tablets with dinner in the evening, to be swallowed with a large glass of water. Use as part of a programme lasting at least one month and repeat as often as necessary.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended dose. This supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Curcumin inhibits platelet aggregation. Not recommended for people on anti-coagulant therapy (curcumin), ulcers (stomach or duodenum), gallstones or kidney stones (harpagophytum). As a general rule, pregnant and breast-feeding women should be advised to consult a health professional before taking any supplements. Calcium can cause kidney problems in people at risk. Prolonged use is not recommended (manganese).

Composition
glucosamine hcl, anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose - magnesium stearate, harpagophytum extract (harpagophytum procumbens, harpagophytum zeyheri), methylsulfonylmethane, tricalcium phosphate, chondroitin sulphate, turmeric extract (curcuma longa), bulking agent: maltodextrin, calcium carbonate (maize starch), nettle extract (urtica dioica), emulsifier: mono and diglyceride of fatty acids, copper gluconate, manganese gluconate, vitamin d (modified starch, sucrose, gum arabic, sunflower oil and dl-alpha tocopherol).
