Arkopharma Collagen Joints & Muscles 260 g helps to strengthen or protect its joint and muscle capital. The expert collagen formula combines highly assimilable collagen peptides with hyaluronic acid, vitamins and minerals and specific active ingredients for joints (glucosamine, chondroitin, turmeric). Its fruity taste and rapid dilution make it a very pleasant solution to drink.

Directions for use
Oral route. For adults only. Mix 1 to 2 level measuring spoons in a glass of water or sugar-free drink of your choice (200 ml), preferably in the morning. Preferably taken in the morning.

Recommendations
Does not recommend during pregnancy or when breast-feeding, for asthmatics, diabetics or pre-diabetics, or for people whose diet is controlled for sodium, potassium or calcium. Not recommended if taking anticoagulants (antivitamins K), anticancer drugs or immunosuppressants, without medical advice. Do not use in the event of changes in liver or biliary function or gallstones. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
