Descriptions
Urgo UrgoStart Plus Compress 6 cm x 6 cm is a plaster used in the moist wound healing technique, based on a combination of polyabsorbent fibres and the TLC-NOSF matrix, which cleans the wound of fibrinous tissue, exudates and bacterial residues and reduces healing time.

Microadherent plaster consisting of a non-occlusive mesh in contact with the wound with:
. a TLC-NOSF matrix designed using Lipido Colloid Technology (TLC) consisting of a polyester mesh impregnated with hydrocolloid particles (CMC) and NOSF (Nano Oligo Saccharide Factor) which are dispersed in a vaseline network.
. polyacrylate absorbent fibres guarantee wound cleansing.

Directions for use
Read the instructions carefully before use. Clean the wound with saline solution. If an antiseptic has previously been used, rinse the wound with saline solution. Dry the peri-injured skin thoroughly. Remove the protective wings. UrgoStart Plus Compress can be cut with sterile material to adapt the size of the plaster to the wound. Apply the micro-adherent side of the UrgoStart Plus Compress dressing to the wound. Secure the plaster with a fastening strip. Apply a compression bandage to the plaster when prescribed. The dressing should be renewed every 1 to 2 days during the wound detersion phase, and then adapted according to the volume of exudate and the clinical evolution of the wound. The plaster can remain in place for up to 7 days.

Precautions for use
Do not use on very bleeding wounds. Do not use on cancerous wounds or wounds with deep abscesses. Do not use in case of known sensitivity to the plaster. Do not cut except for silicone adhesive edges.

Composition
carboxymethylcellulose, vaseline, paraffin, antioxidant, cohesion polymer, wetting agent, micronised oligosaccharide (NOSF), polyacrylates.
