Santé Verte Somiphyt Total Night LP 8H 1.9mg 15 Tablets is a dietary supplement with sustained-release technology combining melatonin and 3 titrated plants. It is also available in the Somniphyt Total Night LP 1mg format.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet a day, to be swallowed 30 minutes before bedtime.

This product is not a medicine and cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, children or adolescents. Not recommended for people suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases. Not recommended for people who have to carry out activities that require sustained alertness and may pose a safety problem if they feel drowsy. Consult your doctor before use by people suffering from epilepsy, asthma or mood, behaviour or personality disorders. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor for advice. Prolonged use is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
