Puressentiel Sleep Oral Spray 20 ml facilitates falling asleep and promotes restful nights. It reduces insomnia and night-time awakenings.

Directions for use
- In the event of difficulty falling asleep: 4 mouth sprays before bedtime.
- In the event of night-time awakenings: 2 mouth sprays.
Do not exceed 6 sprays max/24h.

Precautions for use
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or children under 15. People undergoing medical treatment or with a history of seizure disorders or epilepsy should consult a health professional. Do not take for more than 2 consecutive weeks. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Store within 2 months of opening.

List of ingredients for a daily dose of 1.14 ml, (6 sprays): water, extract of chamomile flowers, matricaria chamomilla l. (56.26 mg), extract of poppy petals, papaver rhoeas l. (42 mg), concentrated lemon juice, citrus limon, extract of aerial parts of passionflower, passiflora incarnata l. (5.9 mg), extract of flowering tops of hawthorn, crataegus laevigata dc. (5.9 mg), angelica root extract, angelica archangelica l. (5.9 mg), linden bud macerate, tilia tomentosa (5.9 mg), fig bud macerate, ficus carica l. (5.9mg), organic essential oil of sweet orange peel, citrus sinensis l. (1.78 mg), organic essential oil of true lavender flowering tops, lavandula angustifolia mill. (0.6 mg), vitamin b6 (0.5 mg, 35.7% vnr*), sweetener: steviol glycoside.
