Santé Verte Somiphyt Flash 1.9 mg 45 Tablets helps you fall asleep more quickly. Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet a day without water, to melt in the mouth, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Precautions for use
This product is not a medicine and cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, children or adolescents. Not recommended for people suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases, or for people who have to carry out activities that require sustained vigilance and may pose a safety problem if they feel drowsy. Consult your doctor before use by people suffering from epilepsy, asthma or mood, behaviour or personality disorders. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor for advice. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Prolonged use is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. In the event of jet lag, take 1 tablet just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Composition
Filling agent: isomalt, stabilisers: hydroxypropyl cellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, melatonin, mint flavour, stabiliser: magnesium searate, sweetener: sacralose.
