Santé Verte Somiphyt Total Night 1mg 30 Tablets is a dietary supplement that combines plants such as griffonia, magnolia, valerian and California poppy, vitamin B6, amino acids and melatonin which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet a day, swallowed 30 minutes before bedtime.

Precautions for use
This product is not a medicine and cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, children or adolescents. Do not combine with sedatives or antidepressants. Not recommended for people taking anticoagulants. Not recommended for people suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases, or for people who have to carry out an activity requiring sustained vigilance and who may experience safety problems if they feel drowsy. Consult your doctor before use by people suffering from epilepsy, asthma or mood, behaviour or personality disorders. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor for advice. Prolonged use is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
