Descriptions
Pranarôm Essential Oil Black Spruce Organic 10 ml. Native to Canada, this conifer inhabits mountain slopes and peat bogs. It has grey-brown peeling bark, red flowers in groups and acicular leaves. The fruit is a 4 cm long, reddish-brown, hanging cone.

Directions for use
As a massage, a few drops diluted in a vegetable oil for topical application.

Precautions for use
May be fatal if swallowed or if it enters the respiratory tract. May cause a skin allergy. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Do not ingest. If swallowed: call a poison control centre or doctor immediately. Do not induce vomiting. In case of skin contact: wash with plenty of soap and water. Keep away from sources of heat and light.
