Directions for use
- Adults: 1 drop, 5 times/day on a Phytosun Arôms neutral tablet.
- Children over 12 years of age: 1 drop, 2 times/day on a Phytosun Arôms neutral tablet.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. To be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use for children under 7 years of age unless advised by a doctor. Not for use by pregnant or breast-feeding women, people with a history of epilepsy or convulsions, or people who are hypersensitive to essential oils. Not recommended for asthmatics. Never take undiluted by mouth. Never take more than 2 drops per dose, nor more than 8 drops per day of essential oil(s). Seek the advice of a health professional if you are taking medication at the same time, particularly if you are taking oral anti-diabetic medication. Store in a tightly stoppered bottle away from light and heat.
