Directions for use
1 drop 3 to 4 times a day on a neutral base.
Daily dose for 4 drops: 137 mg.
Children: 1 drop 2 times a day on a neutral base.
Daily dose for 2 drops: 69 mg.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
To be taken with a varied and balanced diet.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Do not use for children under the age of 7 unless advised by a doctor.
Do not use for pregnant or breast-feeding women, anyone with a history of epilepsy or anyone hypersensitive to essential oils.
Never take undiluted orally.
Never take more than 2 drops per dose, nor more than 8 drops per day.
