Do not use for children under the age of 7, unless advised by a doctor. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, people with a history of epilepsy or convulsions, or people who are hypersensitive to essential oils. Not recommended for asthmatics. Never take undiluted by mouth. Never take more than 2 drops per dose, nor more than 8 drops per day of essential oil(s). Seek the advice of a healthcare professional if you are taking any other medicines at the same time, particularly if you are taking oral antidiabetics. Store in a tightly stoppered bottle away from light and heat.
