Description
Urgo K2 18-25 cm x 10 cm is a two-band multi-type compression system, benefiting from the PresSure System. This technology facilitates the application of the recommended therapeutic pressure (of the order of 40 mm Hg), from the first application. The new compressive two-layer system Urgo K2 is composed of two bands of different natures developed to be used in combination.

• The first KTech band , in direct contact with the skin, is composed of a viscose and polyester wadding complexed with an elastic fabric of polyamide and elastane. This first layer is an elastic band with an average extensibility of 75% (short elongation type band) and white color.
• The second KPress band made of polyamide and elasthane allows an average extensibility of 160% (long elongation type band), it is a cohesive band of flesh color which contains natural latex.

They both allow a durable and comfortable effectiveness whatever the ankle size: achieving average pressures of 40 mmHg as recommended by the HAS.
