Directions for use
Using Stérimar Nose Hygiene is recommended daily at a rate of 2 to 6 sprays per day in each nostril Insert the nozzle into the nostril. Squeeze the nozzle for a few seconds to administer a spray and allow the excess to drain away. Blow your nose. Repeat the operation in the other nostril. Clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse and dry.

Composition
natural, preservative-free, filtered physiological seawater solution that benefits from the recognised properties of marine minerals and trace elements: copper, iron, manganese, selenium, zinc, etc. (physiological solution: solution with a salt concentration similar to that of our body's cells). seawater: 31.82 ml, purified water qsp. 100 ml.
