Directions for use
Stérimar Nose Prone To Colds is used as a 10 to 15 day cure. Spray 2 to 4 times a day into each nostril. Insert the nozzle into the nostril. Administer a spray by pressing the nozzle for a few seconds and allowing the excess to drain away. Blow your nose. Repeat the operation in the other nostril. Clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse and dry.

Composition
natural, copper-enriched, preservative-free, filtered physiological seawater solution. Seawater 31.82ml, copper salt pentahydrate, purified water qsp 100ml.
