Stérimar Allergic Nose 50 ml is a medical device. It is recommended for infants, children and adults with noses prone to allergies:

Directions for use
Stérimar Allergic Nose is used as a course of treatment lasting 10 to 15 days. 2 to 4 sprays a day in each nostril. Insert the nozzle into the nostril. Administer a spray by pressing the nozzle for a few seconds and allow the excess to drain away. Blow your nose. Repeat the operation in the other nostril. Clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse and dry.

natural filtered physiological seawater solution, enriched with manganese and preservative-free. seawater 31.82ml, manganese salt monohydrate, purified water qsp 100ml.
