ProRhinel Nasal Spray Child Adult 100 ml, the reflex to adopt to eliminate mucus and infectious agents.

Directions for use
2 brief sprays with the spray in each nostril, each time you use it. 1 to 3 sprays a day, depending on how stuffy your nasal passages are. For impeccable hygiene, use one spray per person, clean the nasal tip with soapy water after each use and keep the bottle in its case. Wash your nose thoroughly: wipe your nose first. Tilt your head to one side and gently insert the tip of the nasal spray into your upper nostril. Apply firm pressure for 2 or 3 seconds. Close the upper nostril; the liquid should drain out of the other nostril. Repeat the operation in the other nostril after changing the position of the head (always spray into the upper nostril). Blow nose if necessary.
