ProRhinel Adults Spray Tonic Jet 100 ml is the effective answer to severely blocked nasal passages.

Directions for use
1 to 3 times a day depending on how congested the nasal passages are. For impeccable hygiene, use one spray per person, clean the nasal tip with soapy water after each use and keep the bottle in its case. Wash your nose thoroughly. Blow your nose. Tilt your head to one side and gently insert the tip of the nozzle into your upper nostril. Apply firm pressure for 2 or 3 seconds. Close the upper nostril; the liquid should drain out of the other nostril. Repeat the operation in the other nostril after changing the position of the head (always spray into the upper nostril).

Precautions for use
It's not suitable for humidifying the nasal cavities.
