Pranarôm Vegetable Oil Evening Primrose 50 ml is ideal for women aged 40 and over, or for all skin in pain. A precious and truly anti-ageing oil, to be incorporated into your skincare routine or consumed as a supplement as part of a healthy diet.

Directions for use
- Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.
- Cosmetic use: suitable for all skin types. Protects against ageing. Use to strengthen nails and hair and moisturise the skin.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store away from heat and light.
