Pranarôm Vegetable Oil Hazelnut 50 ml is the easy-to-use neutral oil par excellence. Its softness and simplicity will delight the whole family. Penetrating and satiny on the skin, it smells of autumn fruit. It can be used as a base for aromatherapy preparations or as an invigorating treatment for dull or problem skin. When massaged, it warms the body and quickly and effectively transmits any essential oils in a composition. In gastronomy, its exquisite hazelnut flavour can be enjoyed on certain desserts or dietetic dishes.

Directions for use
People allergic to hazelnuts will probably be allergic to the oil too.
- Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) a day.
- Cosmetic use: suitable for aromatic skin massage, ideal as a carrier for essential oils. Suitable for sensitive or dehydrated skin. Penetrates easily.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store away from heat and light.

Just over four-fifths monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9). Just under one tenth polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6). Vitamin E and antioxidant phytosterols.
