Pranarôm Vegetable Oil Rose Hip 50 ml promotes skin regeneration and ‘lifts’ the skin. Rosehip is an essential classic for the skin and the entire body. This precious oil, rich in Omega 3, has a beautiful orange colour thanks to the vitamins it contains. The ‘musk’ rose is a flower with prodigious virtues that grows wild, but it should not be confused with the roses that yield essential oil. It's the seed of this rose, which is similar to hawthorn, that produces the precious plant oil that is active against the signs of time and healing. A particularly active oil, to be used in a mixture with other plant oils on over-reactive skin. May stain fragile tissues.

Directions for use
- Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) a day.
- Cosmetic use: for all skin types. Protects against ageing. Use as a moisturising and nourishing day or night cream (apply 15 minutes before make-up or bedtime).

Precautions for use
Do not exceed recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store away from heat and light.

Composition
Just over one sixth monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9). Around three quarters polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6 and around 33% omega 3, a wonderful balance of these precious essential fatty acids!) Vitamin E and carotenoids (including retinol).
