Pranarôm Vegetable Oil Argan 50 ml is an anti-ageing skin repairing and protecting oil, rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Pearl of the desert traditionally used by Berber women to protect and strengthen the skin and hair.  In Morocco, argan is used in many circumstances, for healthy eating as well as for face and body care. Cosmetic-quality argan oil is a virgin, organic oil, with a characteristic odour that is not as strong as that of roasted argan oil, which is often used for food.

Directions for use
Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store away from heat and light.

Composition
A small half monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9). A good third polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6). Just under a fifth of saturated fatty acids. Vitamin E.
