Pranarôm Vegetable Oil Avocado 50 ml is a highly moisturising oil for the body, hair and face. Its pretty green colour, neutral fragrance and rapid penetration into the skin make it a very practical cosmetic ally for beauty in the bathroom. This is one of the rare oils to contain palmitoleic acid, so precious for protecting cell membranes. This oil softens and smoothes fine skin and dry, brittle hair like no other. Directions for use
Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) a day. Oil rich in vitamin E and very stable.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store away from heat and light.

Composition
Just over two-thirds monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9 and the famous palmitoleic acid, which moisturises). Just under one tenth polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6). Just under one fifth saturated fatty acids. Numerous vitamins, including E, beta-carotene and PP.
