OM3 Wild Fish Oil 120 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on wild fish oil. Omega-3s are polyunsaturated fatty acids that contribute to healthy cardiovascular function. Omega-3s are particularly abundant in cold sea fish such as mackerel, salmon, sardines and tuna.

Directions for use
2 to 3 capsules a day, preferably in the morning.

This product is not recommended for people with an allergy to fish, shellfish and other marine products. It is recommended that you follow the recommended doses, eat a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature (15 to 25°C) away from sources of heat and moisture.

Composition
concentrated wild fish oil (anchovy, sardine) with 18% epa and 12% dha (antioxidant: a-tocopherols on vegetable oil) - tunic (fish gelatin, humectant: glycerol).
