Oemine Spirulina 1000 60 Tablets helps maintain a healthy bone structure and increase muscle mass during physical activity. Spirulina is a blue-green, freshwater algae renowned for its high protein content (nearly 70% essential amino acids), vitamin B12 and other vitamins and trace elements. It's a superfood that complements the diet, especially for athletes and vegetarians. Each tablet contains 1000 mg of pure spirulina.

Directions for use
In maintenance: 3 tablets of Oemine Spirulina 1000, to be swallowed with a glass of water, during meals, in 20-day courses (1 box).
Athlete: 6 tablets of Oemine Spirulina 1000, to be swallowed with a glass of water during meals, in 20-day courses (2 boxes).
Start with 1 to 2 tablets (spirulina being rich in fiber, it can indeed sometimes irritate the intestines).
