OM3 Krill Oil 30 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on krill oil 500 mg providing: 42% phospholipids, 110 mg omega 3 including EPA and DHA and 500µg astaxanthin.

Directions for use
Adults and children aged 12 and over: 1 capsule a day with a meal. To be taken for one month.

Precautions for use
This product is not recommended for people with an allergy to fish, shellfish or other marine products. It is recommended that you follow the recommended doses, eat a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 12. Store at room temperature (15 to 25°C) and away from sources of heat and moisture.
