ODM5 Ophthalmic Solution 10 ml is recommended for reducing corneal oedema.

Properties
- Corneal oedema is characterised by excess fluid in the cornea.
- ODM5, a hypersaline solution, draws these excess fluids out of the cornea by osmotic effect, allowing it to temporarily return to a normal state of hydration.
- ODM5 thus helps to improve the quality of vision
- Contains sodium hyaluronate, a component naturally present in the eye, which helps to protect the cornea in the event of irritation.

Directions for use
Wash and dry hands thoroughly. Check that the bottle is intact to ensure that the contents are sterile. Invert the bottle and place 1 to 2 drops in the eye 4 times a day, taking care not to touch the eye with the bottle. After opening: use the contents within one month of opening.

Precautions for use
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. In the event of post-operative oedema, use only after healing. Do not use after the expiry date on the bottle. Use within 1 month of opening. Store at room temperature. Close the bottle carefully after each use (risk of microbial contamination). Do not use the bottle if it is damaged (risk of microbial contamination). Do not touch the eye with the bottle, to avoid scratching or infection of the eye. Avoid any contact between the tip of the bottle and your hands or eye (risk of microbial contamination). If the doctor has prescribed another eye drop, wait at least 15 minutes between instillations. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature between +2 and 25°C.

Composition
Ophthalmic solution: sodium chloride, sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid), excipients: purified water, disodium citrate dihydrate, citric acid monohydrate, hydroxypropyl metylcellulose. take into account the presence of sodium in the composition of the active ingredient.
