Vismed Multi Gel 15 ml is a hypo-tonic ophthalmic solution recommended for moderate and severe dry eye sensations.

Properties
- Vismed Gel can be used while wearing contact lenses of any type (soft or rigid).
- Vismed Gel contains hyaluronic acid, a natural polymer that is also found in the structures of the human eye. The particular physical characteristics of hyaluronic acid give Vismed Gel its important ‘viscoelastic’ and water-retention properties.
- Vismed Gel thus forms a stable film on the surface of the eye that is only slowly eliminated by the fluttering of the eyelids.
- Vismed Gel thus combines a prolonged effect with maximum comfort. Due to its special composition, Vismed is very well tolerated.
- Vismed Gel is free from preservatives.

Directions for use
Please read the directions for use overleaf carefully. Place 1 to 2 drops of Vismed Gel in the conjunctival cul-de-sac as often as necessary or as prescribed by your doctor. A few blinks will ensure that the solution is evenly distributed over the ocular surface in a clear, long-lasting film. Twist and detach the top part (the cap) to open. Instill the solution into the eye. Do not touch the open part of the single-dose with your fingers and avoid contact with the eye.

Precautions for use
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Vismed Gel contains no preservatives, do not reuse after opening.e do not reuse after opening. If symptoms persist while using Vismed or after stopping treatment, seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Do not administer Vismed Gel at the same time as other ophthalmic products or medicines as it may alter their effects. Store at room temperature below +25°C. Do not touch the open part of the single-dose with your fingers and avoid contact with the eye. Do not use Vismed Gel if the single-dose is damaged. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the box.

Composition
sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid). excipients: sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium citrate, water for injections. note the presence of sodium in the composition of the active ingredient.
