Nutergia Ergysport Effort Mint 450 g is an exercise drink. It is adapted to promote hydration and to compensate for energy expenditure.

Directions for use
As a powder to be diluted: dilute 2 doses (30g) (equivalent to 2 level measuring spoons) or 1 stick (30 g) to be diluted in 500 ml of water. In very hot weather, where more will be consumed, dilute in a larger quantity of water. Drink during exercise, 1 sip every 5 minutes at a rate of 500 ml per hour of exercise (or more if necessary).

Precautions for use
Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children, at Tº < 25º C. Consume as soon as possible after reconstitution.

Composition
dextrose, maltodextrin, mineral supplements (sodium bicarbonate, sodium citrate, calcium citrate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, zinc gluconate, manganese and copper sulphates, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite), sucrose, whey protein (milk), natural mint flavouring; thickener : sodium alginate (acidity regulators: sodium diphosphates and phosphate and calcium sulphate), l-glutamine, vitamins b1, b6, c, e. may contain traces of: gluten, egg, fish, soya, nuts, celery.
