Nutergia Ergysport Stim Q10 60 Capsules helps to reduce fatigue. The presence of chromium and zinc in the product's formula helps regulate macronutrient metabolism, promoting better preparation and recovery after exercise.

Directions for use
Take 2 capsules a day at breakfast to be taken with a glass of water. For fatigue, take 2 capsules with a snack before exercise.

Precautions for use
Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children, at a temperature below 25º C.

Composition
anti-caking agents: dicalcium phosphate and magnesium salts of fatty acids; magnesium hydroxide, vinitroxtm: extracts of apple (malus pumila mill.) and grape (vitis vinifera l.) extracts [sulphites] [origin non-eu]; coenzyme q10, vitamin c (l-ascorbic acid), acerola extract (malpighia glabra l., maltodextrin, vitamin c), zinc citrate, vitamins b3 (nicotinamide), e (d-alphatocopheryl acid succinate), b5 (calcium d-pantothenate), a (retinyl acetate), d3 (cholecalciferol), b2 (riboflavin), b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), b1 (thiamine hydrochloride), b9 (folic acid), b8 (d-biotin), chromium chloride. capsule: fish gelatin, colouring: iron oxide and hydroxide.
