Lehning Myrtine Respiration 90 ml combines 5 essential oils to moisten and clear the nose. After inhalation and by following the instructions for use, your nose is purified and you breathe more easily. The essential oils of eucalyptus, peppermint, niaouli, myrtle and pine are renowned for their action to relieve blocked noses.

Directions for use
Pour a teaspoonful into very hot, not boiling, water and inhale the vapours, 3 times a day, for 5 days. Do not swallow. Suitable for adults and children over the age of 12.

Precautions for use
Do not use for children under the age of 12, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with epilepsy or a history of seizure disorders, people allergic to essential oils or any of their components. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of accidental contact, rinse with water for several minutes. If in doubt, seek the advice of a doctor or pharmacist. In the event of discomfort or irritation, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not heat the mixture. Keep out of reach of children. For external use, do not swallow.
