Humer Nose and Throat 10 Day Tablets + 5 Night Tablets is the first naturally-derived tablet that works on the nose and throat 24 hours a day. It is made up of day tablets and night tablets to be taken for 5 days.

Humer Nose and Throat is made up of plants (eucalyptus globulus and erysimum), zinc and propolis, with the day tablet containing vitamin C to help reduce fatigue during the day, while the night tablet includes poppy to promote sleep.

Directions for use
Read the instructions for use and precautions for use carefully. Take 1 Day tablet (pink) twice a day. Take the night tablet (beige) in the evening before bedtime.
