Olioseptil Essential Oil Capsules Breathing 15 Capsules has been specially developed to help clear the upper respiratory tract (nose, sinuses). It combines the use of traditional wet inhalation, with a unique combination of Minty and essential oils of eucalyptus, pine and thyme.

Directions for use
Dissolve 1 capsule in a bowl of hot, non-boiling water (approximately 200 ml - 60°C) or in an inhaler and breathe in the vapours for around ten minutes. As far as possible, avoid contact with cold outside air immediately afterwards. Repeat if necessary 2 or 3 times a day.

Precautions for use
Do not swallow. In the event of persistent discomfort lasting more than 5 days or in the event of fever, consult a doctor. Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients, or if you are receiving medical treatment for your nose or throat, unless advised to do so by a healthcare professional. For adults only (aged 15 and over). Not recommended for pregnant women. Evaporation of the capsules may cause slight eye irritation and watering in sensitive individuals. Keep out of reach of children, away from heat and moisture. Best used before the date indicated on the pack.

helianthus annuus seed oil (sunflower oil), gelatin (glycerol, aqua), eucalyptus globulus leaf oil (eucalyptus essential oil), menthol, pinus sylvestris leaf oil (Scots pine essential oil), thymus vulgaris leaf oil (thyme essential oil), ci 75810 (chlorophyll oil extract).
