Directions for use
Adults. Use 2 to 3 sprays, 3 to 6 times a day.

For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not use if you are allergic to plants in the Compositae family, or if you have heart or kidney failure. Not recommended in cases of asthma or allergy to hive products. Ensure adequate water intake. Consult a health professional before use. Composition
honey (all-flower honey (44.7% i.e. 918 mg), manuka honey (4.7% i.e. 97 mg)), hydroalcoholic extract of propolis (583 mg i.e. 24.8 mg propolis), aqueous extracts of roman chamomile (chamaemelum nobile, flower, 15 mg*), blackcurrant (ribes nigrum, leaf, 15 mg*) and lanceol plantain (plantago lanceolata, leaf, 15 mg*), essential oil of manuka (leptospermum scoparium, leaf, 3.6 mg).
