Directions for use
Take 1 tablet, 1 time a day 1/2h before bedtime for 1 month.

bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), guarana extract (paullinia cupana kunth) (230mg), ginseng extract (panax ginseng ca meyer) (135mg), sweetener (sorbitol), ginger extract (zingiber officinale roscoe) (50mg), royal jelly (34 equivalent to 100mg fresh royal jelly), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin b5 (calcium d-pantothenate).
