Directions for use
Oral route. 2 capsules a day (400 mg of Ginger extract) to be taken with a large glass of water. Before travelling: generally 2 capsules the day before; 1 capsule in the morning and 1 on departure. For children aged over 6: generally 1 capsule the day before; 1 capsule on departure.
