Directions for use
Take 1 tablet 1 time a day to be dissolved in a large glass of water, preferably in the morning.

Precautions for use
A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Not recommended for people on anti-diabetic treatment. Not recommended for people with an allergy to hive products, asthma or atopic conditions. This food supplement is not a medicine. Contains caffeine (80 mg per daily dose), not recommended for children, pregnant or breast-feeding women.

Composition
acidity regulators (citric acid sodium carbonate), bulking agent (panax (sorbitol), ginseng extract (100 mg), orange ginseng flavouring c.a. meyer), maize starch, naturally-occurring caffeine, acerola extract (malpighia glabra l. ) titrated in vitamin c (48 mg), freeze-dried royal jelly (42 mg equivalent to 126 mg che jelly), guarana extract titrated î royal fra (paullinia cupana kunth) in caffeine (33.5 mg), ginger extract (26.3 mg), (zingiber officinale roscoe) colouring (beta-carotene), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides, sodium cyclamate, acesulfame potassium, sodium saccharinate, neohesperidin dc), anti-foaming agent - (dimethylpolysiloxane), antiglomerating agent (silicon dioxide).
