ChronoDorm Double Action Melatonin 1.9 mg 15 Tablets is a dietary supplement based on melatonin and plant extracts: valerian, passionflower and California poppy. It comes in the form of a two-layer tablet which dissolves in 2 stages:
- Layer n°1: 1.9 mg of melatonin which dissolves quickly (less than a minute) to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
- Layer #2: a combination of plants including valerian and California poppy, which dissolve more slowly (2 to 4 hours) to help maintain normal quality sleep.

Directions for use
For adults only. Take one tablet a day, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery for four or five hours after taking melatonin. Do not take with antidepressants, antihypertensives, sleeping pills or other sedatives without medical advice. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, people taking anti-hypertensive medication or suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases. Not to be taken in the event of hypersensitivity, allergies or in the event of any interactions described with one of the constituents of the formula. Consume as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
