ChronoDorm Flash Spray 30 ml is a dietary supplement based on melatonin, vitamin B6 and plant extracts: orange, lemon balm and Chamomile. Non-addictive and non-addictive, its unique formula is suitable for people who have difficulty falling asleep or who suffer from jet lag, with a melatonin dose that can be adjusted according to need and situation. Its spray format is fast-acting and easy to take anywhere.

Directions for use
For adults only. Use under the tongue, 30 minutes before bedtime:
- to help you fall asleep more quickly: 4 to 6 sprays.
- to reduce the effects of jet lag: 2 sprays the day before departure then 2 sprays on the day of arrival and for the next few days.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (6 sprays per day). May cause drowsiness. Use with caution when driving vehicles or operating machinery. Do not use if you are known to be sensitive to any of the ingredients. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, people taking anti-hypertensive medication or suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases. Not for use by epileptics, asthmatics or people suffering from mood, behaviour or personality disorders without medical advice. Not to be used in conjunction with medication without medical advice. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.

Composition
Hydrolat of orange blossom (citrus aurantium l.), water, stabiliser: glycerine, hydroalcoholic extracts: lemon balm (melissa officinalis l. ), chamomile (matricaria chamomilla l.), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin b6), melatonin, natural grapefruit flavour, acidity regulator: citric acid, thickener: xanthan gum, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
