ChronoDorm Melatonin Flash Tablet 1.9 mg 30 Tablets is a melatonin-based dietary supplement, which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, or to reduce the effects of jet lag when travelling. Each tablet contains 1.9 mg of melatonin. No dependence or addiction.

Directions for use
Let 1 tablet melt under the tongue half an hour before bedtime. It is advisable to always take the tablet at the same time. Take over a period of 15 days or as required. Repeat if necessary. For travellers wishing to reduce the effects of jet lag: Leave 1 tablet to melt under the tongue half an hour before going to bed the night before departure. Take a further 1 tablet half an hour before going to bed the next day and a few days after arriving at your destination.

Precautions for use
Do not swallow a tablet with water. Allow to melt under the tongue. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery for four or five hours after taking melatonin. For adults only. Do not take if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients. Do not take with antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives without medical advice. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, people undergoing anti-hypertensive treatment or suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases. Use only as a supplement to a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.

maltodextrin, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, stabiliser: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, melatonin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
