Descriptions
Arkopharma Activox Sucking Tablet is a medical device specially formulated to protect the mucosa and relieve sore throat, dry cough, irritation or allergy.

When and why should you use it?
Its innovative combination of muco-adhesive active ingredients forms a protective film that adheres to the mucosa of the throat, providing relief from sore throats. Activox Sucking Tablet contains marshmallow extract, rich in natural active ingredients (mucilage, polysaccharides...), and sodium hyaluronate. These active ingredients create a hydrogel film with a ‘barrier effect’ that protects the mucosa, helping to reduce throat irritation and inflammation and relieve dry, irritated or allergic coughs.

Directions for use
Restricted to adults and children over 6 years of age. To be taken by mouth. Allow to melt in the mouth without chewing. Take between meals.
Children aged 6 to 12: 3 tablets to be sucked per day, at least 4 hours apart.
Adults and adolescents aged over 12: 3 to 6 tablets to be sucked per day, at least 2 hours apart.
Do not take more than the recommended dose. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Recommendations
Do not use in the event of hypersensitivity to any of the constituents. As a precautionary measure, in the absence of sufficient data, not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Reserved for dry, non-productive coughs (not accompanied by phlegm). Take the device away from any medication (at least one hour). If symptoms persist after 4 days of treatment, consult your doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Read the leaflet carefully.

Composition
dried extract of marshmallow root (maltodextrin), sodium hyaluronate. excipients: isomalt, natural lemon flavour, mono and di-fatty acid glycerides, citric acid, magnesium stearate.
