ZzzQuil Sleep Spray 30 ml is a dietary supplement that helps you fall asleep quickly without drowsiness on waking, without addiction, sugar or alcohol. Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. Allow at least 6 hours' sleep.

Directions for use
For adults only. Shake before use. Take 4 to 6 sprays (1 mg to 1.5 mg of melatonin) in your mouth 30 minutes before bedtime. Allow at least six hours' sleep to avoid drowsiness.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a healthcare professional if you experience sleep problems over a prolonged period.

Composition
demineralised water, stabilisers: glycerol (vegetable), sorbitol, preservative, potassium sorbate, melatonin, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural flavours, lavender oil (lavandula angustifolia), sweetener, sucralose.
