Yalacta Lactaline Ferment For Fromage Blanc 4 sachets makes delicious fromage blanc in just a few minutes without the need for an appliance.

Directions for use
To prepare the fromage frais, simply pour the contents of 1 sachet of Lactaline ferment into 2 to 3 litres of milk, shake to ensure the ferment is properly diluted, cover and leave to ferment for 24 to 48 hours at room temperature, then drain (2 to 3 hours depending on the desired consistency). The resulting fromage blanc is delicious. It can be eaten plain, sweetened, with honey, maple syrup or jam, salted or with herbs... and helps the body get its daily dose of calcium!
